Charities can download full donation information and Gift Aid data via their account at wonderful.co.uk. Data columns are formatted to make claiming Gift Aid as easy as possible for charities.

Donation data is available as a .CSV file, which can be opened in Microsoft Excel or Numbers for Mac and includes all the required Gift Aid data for claiming Gift Aid directly from HMRC.

Charities always have access to full donation data via their Wonderful account. This is available on the 'Donation data' section of the charity's account.

Charities can choose whether to download all donations, or only donations where the donor applied Gift Aid. A date range can also be specified before downloading.

If you need any help accessing your charity's donation data you can get in touch with the support team by emailing [email protected].
